What I Received:

  2. 🧅 Onion
  3. 🥕 Carrot
  4. 🌿 Celery
  5. 🌿 Italian Seasoning
  6. 🍖 Pork Sausage Mix
  7. 🍅 Tomato Paste
  8. 🍲 Chicken Stock Concentrate
  9. 🍲 Mushroom Stock Concentrate
  10. 🌾 Israeli Couscous
  11. 🧀 Cream Cheese
  12. 🍞 Ciabatta Bread

What I Needed:

  1. ⬜ Kosher Salt
  2. ⬛ Black Pepper
  3. 🧈 Butter
  4. 🌿 Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare the produce: Wash, dry, chop, and slice the garlic, onion, carrot, and celery. Mix Italian Seasoning, butter, and garlic for the bread.
  2. 2. Cook the sausage and veggies: Heat oil, add onion, carrot, celery, and sausage. Cook until tender, then add tomato paste, garlic, Italian Seasoning, and stock concentrates.
  3. 3. Make the soup: Add water, bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cook until al dente. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese.
  4. 4. Prepare the garlic bread: Melt garlic butter, season, toast ciabatta, and apply butter.
  5. 5. Serve: Divide soup into bowls, serve with garlic bread on the side.
