What's On the Menu?

I just cooked EveryPlate's Herby Pork Chops with Tomato Cream Sauce, and it was an absolute delight! The pork chops, seasoned with herbs and paired with a tangy tomato cream sauce, were succulent and full of flavor. The sides of roasted zucchini and lemony couscous complemented the dish beautifully. It was a hit!

  3. đŸČ Chicken Stock Concentrate
  4. 🧄 Garlic
  5. 🌿 Italian Seasoning
  6. 🍅 Roma Tomato
  7. đŸŒŸ Israeli Couscous
  8. 🍋 Lemon
  9. đŸ„’ Zucchini

What I Needed:

  1. ⬜ Kosher Salt
  2. ⬛ Pepper
  3. 🧈 Butter
  4. 🌿 Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  1. 1. Prepare the ingredients: Wash and dry all produce. Finely chop garlic, slice zucchini, dice tomato, and zest and quarter lemon.
  2. 2. Cook the couscous: Melt butter, sauté garlic, add couscous, water, and salt. Simmer until tender.
  3. 3. Roast zucchini: Cook with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned.
  4. 4. Cook pork chops: Season and cook in oil until browned. Let rest.
  5. 5. Make sauce: In the same pan, cook tomato and garlic, add stock and cream cheese.
  6. 6. Assemble and serve: Slice pork, stir lemon into couscous, and serve with zucchini and sauce.
