I recently cooked up HelloFresh's Beef Bulgogi Meatballs, and wow, what a flavor explosion! Swapping out traditional marinara for a savory-sweet bulgogi glaze was a stroke of genius. The ginger-scented rice and roasted carrots complemented it perfectly. A must-try for any meatball enthusiast!

What I Received:

  1. 🥕 Carrots
  2. 🌱 Scallions
  3. đź‘Ť Ginger
  4. 🍚 Jasmine Rice
  5. 🥩 Ground Beef
  6. 🍞 Panko Breadcrumbs
  7. 🌶️ Bulgogi Sauce
  8. 🥛 Sour Cream
  9. 🔥 Sriracha
  10. 🌿 Sesame Seeds

What I Needed:

  1. 🌿 Cooking Oil
  2. ⬜ Salt
  3. ⬛ Pepper

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Prepare carrots and roast with oil, salt, and pepper for 20-25 minutes.
  2. 2. Peel and mince ginger; slice scallions, separating whites from greens.
  3. 3. Cook rice with ginger, water, and salt until tender, about 15-18 minutes.
  4. 4. Combine beef, scallion whites, panko, ginger, and bulgogi sauce. Form and bake meatballs for 14-16 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix sour cream and sriracha; coat baked meatballs with remaining bulgogi sauce.
  6. 6. Fluff rice, serve with carrots, meatballs, sriracha crema, scallion greens, and sesame seeds.
